Library Shows

Inspiring kids to read, while having fun, is the goal of Bill’s library program. Bill believes kids are more likely to read if they see it as fun and exciting, and his performance reflects that. Exciting, engaging, fast-paced and interactive, the show is a perfect blend of comedy, magic and, of course, books. Stories and characters are woven into the presentations, introducing the children to the books and their protagonists (and antagonists), hopefully leading the children to explore them further on their own. The show lasts approximately 45 minutes, involving the entire audience at times, with individual children invited up to help make the magic happen throughout the show. The show is suitable for all ages, and adults as well as children will be entertained and amazed. All children receive free give-aways at the end of the show. The theme for 2010 is “Make a Splash @ Your Library”. Other themes available are “Catch the Reading Bug”, “Be Creative @ Your Library”, as well as a let’s just have some fun magic show.
